BEFORE THE ARTIST

Contact the artist via the Contact Me section in the end of the page.
Wait for the artist to approve of your commission request.
Payment is everything upfront or 50/50. If you pay 50% first then pay 50% later, you will only receive the finished artwork after the rest of the 50% is paid. The artist will notify where to pay if he accepts the commission request.
THE ARTIST WILL INFORM WHEN HE WILL START AND PUT YOU IN A QUEUE.
You may ask the artist every 3 days to check up on progress via gmail. Contact the artist using the address kanesakiart@gmail.com
Clarify all necessary details about what to do like character design, emotion/facial expression of the character, outfits, eye color, posture and etc.
Prepare for at least a week and a half of waiting time for your commission to be finished if it is not a FULL ILLUSTRATION. The FULL ILLUSTRATIONS will take around 2 weeks or more to finish.

After you have paid the fee and the artist has received it, please give your EMAIL address in order to receive the artwork.

Quality over quantity. It will take time.
If there is a deadline, I will do my best to follow it. If I can't do it until that deadline I will let you know.
I will ask you for confirmation on anything I am unclear of before/during working on the commission so that I can draw your character the closest to your imagination.
I have the right to decline a commission that I don't feel wanting to do/not be able to do.
I have the right to ask you for extra fees if there is anything that arises differently from our initial agreements.
I have the right to cancel the commission at any time if I feel our opinions are not on the same wavelengths and we cannot reach a new agreement. If that happens when I have already worked on the commission, I will only refund you partially, based on how much I have worked on it.

You need to make sure to give me all the information I will need to draw your character.
You need to tell me when you send the payment so that I can check and confirm with you and add you to my working list.
Please be patient with me, I still go to work/school. I can't work on your drawing 24/7
You may not make profit from the artwork in any way unless agreed upon prior to starting the commission.
You can repost the finished picture to your gallery/sites, credit me. For any protection use a watermark.
You can note me anytime for an update on the commission's status/WIPs, or if you have any questions.

The price list can be changed in the future.
As an artist, I price my art myself. It's my time and effort to spend on your request. Please don't question my price when I give you the price of your commission. If you can't afford it, it's all right I can fully understand it.
Any act of price shaming would lead to a block.

You need to state if you use the commission for personal use or commercial use.
The Commercial Fee is double the price.
Large quantities >250-1000 (multiply with x3) >1001-5000 (x4) if there's more put the quantity on the order form

You can cancel a commission at any time IF, and only if I haven't started working on the commission.
Do not issue a chargeback.
Strictly no refund is available after I have started working on the commission.
